Mine just went into the glass.
They looked like normal self-tapping screws with the point ground down for window clearance.

I replaced my Delrin slides some years ago.
I don't know of a lubricant that would work for the below waterline pieces.

Just a quick follow up.
I got pretty close with just black, yellow, and brown pigments.

I was concerned about the cost and the six month advertised shelf life with the small area I need to repair.
I would like to try to do my own color matching, but don't know which pigments to start with.

The discharge may have to be closed during sailing.
I've sailed on larger boats that would take on water while sailing thru the grey water discharge.
Our sinks are closer to the waterline.

What Pigments did you use to match the original weathered gelcoat? Black, Yellow, Etc...
