My trailer is similar in design, but I believe mine is a little "beefier". Last year in Nashville the trailer weighed in at 1500 or 1600lbs when doing my weight certification. So I put yours at 1200 - 1400 as a best guess.

I've got an '83 and the first thing I had to do was repair a rotten mast step. Check for softness around the whole cabin top. I have a 5hp 4 stroke and it carries me around 5kts around the lake.
