S2 7.9 Meter Class Association

I have the high stern rail with four stanchions. The entire assembly was bent as well as the folding ladder. It will be difficult to get all stanchions on the stern rail bent back so I would like to know if anyone knows of any S2 7.9s that may have been totaled and are available as spare parts.

Does anyone know where to get replacement rubber "keepers" that hold the side stay T-bars in the mast? Thanks,

I am looking for suggestions on the best way (material, location, means of mounting) to add weight to my boat to meet the rules. Also, if anyone has done this and knows where to have some lead weights made, please let me know. Thanks,
