S2 7.9 Meter Class Association

Boat has been on land for 12 months. Prior to that have not been able to raise board any higher than 2 ft from the top of trunk. I have tried soap multiple times, flooding trunk with hose , putty knives etc I cannot physically see any space between the board and the trunk exterior or the vinyl shims...

Boat has been on the hard 12 months. Can raise it to within 24 inches of complete.Buyer of boat can't put it on a trailer this way.
