S2 7.9 Meter Class Association

I want to replace the disks that allow the rudder to swing smoothly up and down. These are two white thin disks approximately 12 inches wide and only 16th of an inch thick which are located between the cheek plates and the rudder itself. There is a hole in the middle to allow the bolt to go through....
