Great job on the new website.
There were some initial bugs, but you got them worked out.
Thanks to those volunteers involved.

Re: Grey water discharge
I know this post is old, but.
On my previous 7.9, I plumbed the sink to drain to the through hull water intake, for the inboard engine. (engine had been removed).
The sink would not drain fully at rest. Perhaps it would at 3 knots.
So I reverted back to grey water holding tank.

Re: headliner stains
Old post, but we all have this issue. I tried an upholstery cleaner this summer, with slow clear results. Wet vacuum type, with occasional scrub brush added for good luck. Work in progress, but it does get results.

Re: Water Tank Vents
My 5 gal water tank had an extra access threaded hole in the forward top, side area.
I extended with 6" hose, and put a foot valve on it.
It may drip occasionally, but it has always been dry when ever I checked it for leaks.

Re: TILLER PILOT
The female tiller socket, is longer than the deck thickness on my install. see pics from 2018. There is balsa core in the deck, so I drilled the top glass and balsa core about 3/4". Not drilling through lower deck. Then filled with Polyester Resin. After it cured in 20 minutes, I drilled the ti...

I know where to buy in Canada. But I am sure you can track elsewhere.
I replaced mine two years ago.
Check the size needed.

I am a huge fan of butyl rubber, and will be a project for me as well. I think it is just an ongoing item, that needs to be redone every five years.

Re: Mast raising and lowering
I have done it several times, thanks to what I have learned on this class website. I use the main sheet and run it aft to the Primary cockpit winches. Works great. I do think I will convert to spectra line someday, instead of the threaded rod. Easier to work with, and store. But I wanted to learn on...

Re: More stupid questions! Mast track slug/stop width?
Although I have the 1/2" Screw from Boomkicker too. I drilled and tapped a 1/4-20 hole into the mast track 1/2" above the bolt rope feeder. Then screwed a 1/2" machine screw into the spar. The slugs will start at that height, and stay above. I have a single reef, and the location is n...
