S2 7.9 Meter Class Association

Racine will be a great place for our regatta. A week ago, last Wednesday, Holland had 11 local boats racing one design. At least half of them should make it to Racine

Keel on Second wind has been dropped twice while on the water. Both times resulted in a seriously stuck keel. Most recently the boat had to be lifted out of the water to free the keel. D & J

Tom, I kind of agree with Dave. The two turns penalty is certainly a lot more lenient than when we had to quit and go home after commiting a foul. A single turn penalty is not much of a deterent to taking a chance on a crossing. Don B.
