Hi (impulse), You have a fairly easy repair on your hands. I would suggest restoring the dammaged top corner with thickened epoxy. it will adhere to the foam fairly well. It would be best to cover the repair with a couple of layers of fiberglass for strength because any minor hit to rudder will like...
