What is the best amount of heel sailing upwing in under 10 knots? When the boat is straight it seems slow.
Where is the best place to put the crew, sailing downwind in under 12 knots?

we sail with 10-15 degrees heel.

We try to sail with 15-20 degrees, based on an old Northsails guide that came with the boat. Obviously with light winds you may not be able to obtain that.

To get more heel, stick your extra crew along the cabin on the leward side. At least that's what us unexperienced folks do.
