S2 7.9 Meter Class Association

There is a second 7.9 here in the Caribbean, I'm told. Sail #19 owned by Juan Carlos Colon. Anybody know the boat or owner and how I could contact him? Would like some boat to boat racing at this year's St.Croix International Regatta. (Of course any of you northern boats are welcome too -- weather is warm and rum is FREE).
