CONTACTING DAVE GROVER #138 - SUBJECT - MAST RAISING

How do I contact Dave Grover #138 regarding the hardware he used for his mast raising? He stated the parts were obtained at any well stocked hardware store. However, we are having trouble obtaining the pole bracket (angle). Can you help us?
