New Registration

Post by Tom Elsen »

Welcome to all....with a few exceptions

Please notice that there is now an 'approval' for new registrants. If you are interested in sailing. Great. Welcome. We'll approve your registration so that you can post messages within a day or so. Sorry for the delay, but we've had a bit of a problem with unwanted postings here.

Be sure, once you're in, you won't find a better group of people.

If your intent is to troll for email addresses, post links to scum, promote an on-line pharmacy, secure assistance getting your dead uncle's $13 million out of that frozen Nigerian bank account, or otherwise blast our site with trash and waste the resources of our members, kindly BUGGER OFF! Get a life.

This Forum is sponsored (read "paid for") by members of the S2 7.9 Class Association. It is intended primarily for the benefit of those who make it possible, for their crews and for those who enjoy the sport of sailing.

As such, please observe the following:
Please keep the tone courteous and respectful. (Spammer warnings above excepted)
Posts promoting commercial products are not allowed.

If you don't get a login confirmation

New logins,

If you sign up for a bulletin board login with a login name that is not obviously a person. I may reject your login. So don't use names like, "biggerlongertoday", "cialisman" etc. So try not to get too cryptic, or send the webmaster an email if you are going to choose a login that is 'strange'. If you don't get a confirmation in a couple of days, again, send an email to the webmaster with the login name you chose.
