2012 S2 7.9 Wooden Shoe Invitational Regatta

Fellow Sailors,
I have the pleasure of inviting you to compete in the 2012 Wooden Shoe Regatta, Saturday June 2 and Sunday June 3, 2012. We also invite you to join us for the opening Happy Hour on Friday evening and each day after racing - featuring Daily Race awards presentation - and Final awards after the races on Sunday!

As the First Summer S2 7.9 Sailing Regatta, this Class sanctioned event offers the opportunity to enjoy a weekend of competitive racing on Lake Michigan.

The Notice Of Race, Registration forms, and planned Schedule of Events are available on-line at http://hottamaleracing.com/s279events/. On-line registration is available as well as more traditional methods. Please register early so we can determine how much beer we need to have on hand. There is an additional fee of $20 for registrations after May 23, 2012.

We couldn't get a race in today because of the variable and fluctuating winds conditions. Still we had 3 races in and everyone involved had a great regatta.
Be sure to watch for next years Wooden Shoe Invitational.
