Are the membership decals complete? Are they be mailed automatically after renewal? I see in the rules (below) the suspension ended Jan 1. I assume they are required for NOODs?
NOTE: RULES 1.7.D and 1.7.E (above) shall be in force only after 1/1/05. These rules are suspended, by vote of the Governing Committee to give the class association time to design and distribute membership decals. All other membership requirements and rules apply.

I never received a membership decal.
Did they get distributed to members this year?
I haven't sailed in any one design events this year, but it would be cool to put the sticker on the boat anyway.
