Spinnaker pole mast ring

Does anyone know the spinnaker pole ring location on the mast? Inches for the bottom? I have checked the class rules and cannot find anything.

our sticks are hanging in the the barn, I'll try to remember to measure that this week.

A2.C.12. The spinnaker pole is to be attached at the single fixed ring on the mast. Use of a second ring or sliding track is
not allowed. If a sliding track has been installed, the original position (four feet one inch above the end of the mast
extrusion) must be marked with arrows on both sides of the mast and the ring shall not be moved from this
position while racing.
