The PHRF is a regional handicapping system. The LMPHRF is the handicapping authority for Lake Michigan. Most races that require a PHRF certificate want you to have a current one from the local authority. Applying for a new or renewed cert is easy and your rating may change. This past year, OB 7.9s in Lake michigan were rated 165 with IBs rated 168.
