Outhaul Cleat Replacement / Upgrade

Hello,

My outhaul cleat is worn, and the internal sheave is broken.
I haven't found a direct replacement for it. What others are replacing / upgrading with?
Also, what outhaul upgrades are class legal?

Mine is definitely not stock, so I can't help with it as far as "replacement" goes... but my outhaul was rigged by a previous owner to exit the front of the boom, go down to a block which redirects it to a cleat over the companion way on one of those bridges.
