Post by djpeloq »

Too Many Cooks (#530) bent the bow pulpit and 2 forward port stanchions in last night's beer can race. Boat is in DC. Anyone have any current sources for these parts in the area?

These guys are not in the DC area but there's not much they can't do, (they may have made these pieces for S2)

bow pulpit

I am curious, how was your pulpit bent? My boat, Hull #50, has a bent bow pulpit. It is bent slightly down at the very front of the pulpit as if it had been run into a piling or dock. Fortunately, the stanchions survived intact.
I am considering replacing the bow pulpit and adding the full stern railing as well.
