Frozen Keel Winch

I have taken my Lewmar 16 ST apart and found a broken rachet gear. I called Lewmar...no parts available for my 1980's vintage winch. Now I am looking for a good deal on a newer Lewmar 16 or 30 two-speed. Any hot tips on winches?
