Rig Tension Revisited

On my boat. The inner shroud is 7/32 and the outer shroud is the stock 3/16.
I don't know why the previous owner chose to do this.
Should I change the inner shroud back to 3/16?
Is there any advantage to this set up?
How does it affect the tension settings for proper tuning?

Might have been changed when the mast was replaced

Larry,
How does the different shroud sizes affect the tuning specs? Should I tune the larger size shroud to about the same tension pounds as if it were a smaller size?
