companionway and hatch frame

Can someone tell me where to buy the L-Shaped plastic for the cabin sliding hatch and entrance (polycabonate one piece slide out)

I have purchased then , twice, from S2. The Fl. sun takes its tole on the plastics.
I need to replace them again.
I am going to make a set out of Alum. and powercoat them.
Doesn't hurt that I'm the QC manager at a Hi Tec fabrication company that makes military and NASA parts.

You can call any aluminum pipe and tubing supply outlet where you live and give them the dimensions like I did. I have replaced two sets that way. Just get the measurements from the old piece and tell them you are looking for 3 sided channel in those dimensions.

my local plactics supply outlet ripped down larger stock of high density plastic to the dimentions I needed (just a tuch thicker on the top than original for extra strength) I ran them through the daddo blade for the channel and hit the corners with the 1/18 inch round overal on the top edges most unbrackable and under $50 I remember make sure you match the front to the boat as far as angle and radius and put a coumpound miter on the rear to match the companionway face

I took the old, brittle, broken (from several years of exposure to the Texas Gulf Coast) hatch slides to the local metal fab shop and had new ones made from aluminum. A little heaver but will never have to replace (in my lifetime). Powder coat is advisable prior to first use.
