We are contemplating another run of Companionway Hatch Covers. Minimum run is 3. Is there any interest out there?
Thanks,

I have one brand new from the last run that I never installed. I bought it as a spare part - in the event that the original failed. Still new in the box. If anyone is interested in purchasing it, give me a call -

I now have a second owner asking about a companionway hatch cover. I need a 3rd to make a run. Anyone need a replacement hatch cover? These will be CNC cut to specifications taken from the hatch cover of hull #477. The covers will be available in clear translucent acrylic with a satin finish, curved, drilled and cut for the existing track size.

2 more owners have come forward. We are starting a fabrication run and have openings for 2 more. Check your companionway hatch for crazing or cracks, take care of it now! Contact me for more info.

Is there a source for hatch cover rails? My cover is fine, but the rails are pretty beat up.

Bruce,
We fabbed up a set using a slab of black HMPE, cut to the dimensions we wanted and then ran a dado blade on the table saw to get the slot. Used a piece of the old one for a model.
