Motor question

I know that a lot of us are using the 6 hp 4-stroke engines from Tohatsu/Nissan. I also know that Tohatsu makes a similar motor for Mercury. Question is; is the fuel line connector to the motor the same on all three. Will the Mercury hose connector work on a Tohatsu motor. Mine broke, and I'm moving the boat this weekend so there's no time for mail order. I'm 40 miles from a Merc dealer and 60 from a Tohatsu, so knowing before I go will be helpful.

My 6 HP 4 stroke Tohatsu, is interchangeable with my 15 HP 4 stroke Mercury.
