I have put it off long enough. Now I have a cracked window.
I have read how to do it on this board. helped a friend do one.
Need to know, how thick is the Lexan?
Won't do this for a while but want to get everything ready.
I want to do them all as they really look bad.

A month and no replies... I don't know what's up with this forum. 
I suggest drilling a small hole in the cracked lexan, tape the back side then measure the depth. That will get you in the ballpark to round to the nearest lexan sheet thickness.

Good point.
Although, I don't think this forum gets the traffic it used to. I am assumed there would be better support for such a well built, versatile vessel. However, the class interest seems to be on the rebound. That should bring more activity.

I replace my windows on #250 and followed the instructions on this web site under "other" then "tips and tricks"

I used 1/4", same as existing. Anything thicker would protrude out from fiberglass. Given short vertical span and strong, resilient bond of recommended Dow 759 sealant 1/4" is plenty strong. Followed website instructions. Messy job. Mask both lean and fiberglass carefully. Get dimensions before removal since existing will shatter on removal or make paper and pencil template of existing before removal. Glass shop will cut to size and also stocks correct silicone sealant.

Replacing our windows this weekend.
The old windows were 3/16" acrylic.
I'll be using the VHB tape and Dowsil 832 method.
Using a table saw and a good blade made the job of machining the windows easy.
