Skip Vakaros; its delicate, unreliable, expensive. There is a story why, but I bought a second one (Atlas) which failed utterly; it will not turn off now,and not turning off.
All emails unanswered (save one said to clean the contacts; but there are no contacts!).
I Looked at Sailing Anarchy and lots of dissatisfaction with Vakaros. I think this an emerging company crashing in every direction. I sincerely miss the
“ Rock Box”; it was ahead of its time (too complex) but cool. Advice: stay with Velocitek; nix Vakaros.
