Folding Propeller Help

I am writing to ask for assitance, I have a 7.9 with a 1GM10 Yanmar Diesel and I am getting ready to put it in the water and found a crack in the hub of my Martec Prop - Eliptec 14-8P. I spoke to Martec and they indicated that a number of S2's have changed pitch for improved performance. I would appreciate any information you can give me pro and con. I was also wondering if anyone has experience with the Gori geared prop (12.5 x

I am on a tight time line so any advice would be appreciated.
