Backstay adjuster

Does anyone have a sketch on the backstay adjuster line and block setup? I have what seems to be a redundant setup. There is a block with a cam cleat at the stern but an additional block with line going down the stern and over to the traveler were there's another cam cleat. Pull either one the the adjuster comes down. There are also some aditional small blocks on the adjuster not being used.
I was thinking one may be used to pull the adjuster back up.
