Diagrams

Post by David E »

Does anyone have or know where to find diagrams/drawings of how the aftguy, sheet, pole downhaul and etc are "supposed to be run"?

I notice that the spinnaker on our 7.9 is small compared to larger boats and the symetrical pole makes most of the rigging fairly simple, but I am not certain of where to attach things to be in accordance with the plans.

Wow, that really is a good drawing of it all. I think that will do it.
Thanks!

Thanks, that has helped us too.
I also noticed that if one looks around the dopierce/79 part, there are several other drawings from the original brochure and owner's manual - also very helpful.

We even found that some lines have been run to the wrong place on our 7.9. I am sure that someone thought them to be better used that way, but we are reverting to the original set-up.

Drawings ?

Post by Captain Frank »

I am a new owner (Hull 351)and have yet to hoist the spinaker.

I ran across this with a site for drawings but had trouble, not available anymore ?

I would appreciate all available drawings of the spinaker line setups as well as any drawings of barber hauling lines etc.

Thanks,

Frank

Frank, I bought Dave's boat and will ask him if he still has the drawings - then I will find a site to post them on.
