compass cover & foor rest/foot brace

Hello, i have the ritchie HV77 compass on my S2, two of them, it appears the covers are no longer available except at an indecent price on Ebay. Anyone has some for sale or solution to cover them aesthetically?

second question, i have the foot rest in wood, one of them is rotten, do you replace them with teak or you go with an heavy gage plastic

I replaced mine with black acetyl. Did the same with the rudder plate spacers. Probably acetyl as the black is UV resistant.
