Chris-
Not to beat a dead horse, but my comment about "mooching" was strictly directed at myself, and not at you or anyone else. I've gotten lots of free info from the folks in this class (although you wouldn't believe it from our race results), and I was trying to express my thanks to them, and to make a commitment to try and help out.

mast and rig tuning

Doug, Over the years we have developed a tuning guide for the 7.9. If you email me your mailing address I will happily send you or anyone a CD with this on it.
Glad to have you in the class. It is a great one and I hope you enjoy your 7.9. Hope to see you at some regattas.

Tuneing guide

Post by LarryE-old »

Spike,
I received your tuning guide, from John, you sent two.
Thanks very much!

I found it intresting that you sail with twings on, both sides, when sailing W/L. I will try it next race.

Once again, thanks for the CD, very well done.
