Why it be illegal?

I have not seen it in action and while it seems to have been developed for military purposes, I don't think it would be illegal for civilians to employ it. It is better than having the cruiseliners armed with RPGs and machine guns.

That thing is great! It'd sure add a new spin on the old line 'we came screaming in to the mark'.

Legality.....I think it depends on how it's mounted. Ask Jeff for a ruling. And remember that he's got that Horizon True camera mount on his boat.
