New Life line length and source?

Post by ccarlton28 »

Has anyone replaced their life-lines recently? I measured and they appear around 22ft. Does this sound correct? Also, if you got a good deal, please pass along your supplier / source. YJ has the high back rail.
Thx,
Chris

Chris

We had our done last year at APS. www.apsltd.com We just sent our old ones in and they duplicated what we needed. They turned out great. I can't remember what we paid.

Life Lines

Post by tpf »

I had mine done by West Marine - I sent my life lines and they duplicated them. They did a nice job and were pretty quick ~ 1 week. The price was about $125 including shipping and I reused my pelican hooks.

Looking to replace life lines. Am I correct in understanding that there is a class-legal non stainless material available? If so, does anybody know if it's lighter than stainless, the name of the material, and where it can be purchased?

Thanks,
Allen
