Rudder Cheek Plate Boards

The boards that the cheek plates attach to have been sanded out of square and I would like to replace them. Can you tell me what the measurements are?

Actually all I need is the height of the boards.

Looks like 3 1/16 inches did the trick, suggested by Stef.
