I have been preparing by boat for a Regatta in Mexico followed by a crossing of the Sea of Cortez (Gulf of California) and just found some vertical cracks and rust in the swaged section at the base of the shrouds where the turn-buckles enter the wire rigging. Since it seems I do not have time to go the conventional replacement route, I am desperately seeking a set of shrouds for my 1882 hull#29. Can anyone with a spare set send them my way for a premium price????
