Lake Norman Yacht Club Spring Regatta March 13 & 14

Anyone interested in participating in the S2 7.9 class at LNYC's 2004 spring Regatta, please contact me as soon as possible as I have the NOR for this regatta. I will be happy to send you a copy of the NOR by E-mail. The LNYC Regatta is scheduled for March 13 & 14. "Frequent Flyer" and "Itch" are already at LNYC and we expect 5-6 7.9s at the regatta. Lake Norman is a great place to sail (having been the site of the Midwinters in previous years). The regatta is held over a Saturday and Sunday which allows crew to only have to take a friday off. Charlotte, N.C. is within an easy drive of most places in the still frozen midwest and it is only a 3+ hours expressway drive from Charleston S.C. for those of you going on to Charleston Race Week March 25-28. LNYC has agreed to let you store your boat there until Charleston.
