We got one at Thomas Hardware in Detroit. I know that doesn't help you in MN. He just had a box of them and we picked out the one that looked the closest. You will have to have somebody set the angle on the stanchion, because of the angled deck on the 7.9.
If you want to bend the stanchion yourself you can fill it with sand to prevent it from collapsing. With a little creativity, you can figure out how to bend it.
Go to any electrical contractor and they will have a 2/4 hicky for bending EMT conduit. I would say they would do it on the spot for you for free it would take about 30 seconds
We discovered Garhauer Marine has stanchions that are pretty close to the original. The cost was 52.00 which included welding it at the exact angle we need. We will see how it looks when it gets here.
