Keel Winch

I was thinking of mounting a cable trailer type winch on the cabin top to raise and lower the keel. This isn't intended to increase the speed of lifting but to make it easier to do short handed.

I didn't see any mention of winches in the class rules

Put a self tailing winch on the starboard side cabin-top.
