Outboard Motor Bracket

I'm trying to replace the board that my outboard motor clamps onto. West Marine says they can get me a new plastic board to replace the old wooden one provided that I tell them the manufacturer and model number. Unfortunately,I can't find any writing of any kind on the bracket. Any ideas?
