Mast mainsail track set screw

Does anyone have a set screw in their mast mainsail track? Just noticed one on ours - appx 6 in from the top.
Have no idea if this was a class installed item or if it should be removed and a black stripe installed instead.

Most 7.9's have the black stripe to identify max hoist (P) as defined in the Class rules. The stripe makes it a lot easier to visually verify by a 3rd party, however, the rules also call for a mechanical stop at the band.

Thanks Boz. The only problem is that it doesn't seem to correspont to any of the P dimensions - also confusing at 29 ft 5 in or 29 ft 6 in. Seems that 29 ft 6 in (29.5) is referenced in class rules -
