If you currently have a headfoil you should be able to purchase just the plastic part and use your current metal parts. This is a considerable savings. If it happens to be a tuff luff the same thing applied.
You should be able to order one from your local marine supplier or mail order like West Marine.

I ordered mine directly from Headfoil a couple of years ago. The website is:

http://www.headfoil.com/

As Spike said it's much cheaper to replace only the plastic extrusion and save the metal parts. They have current pricing on the Headfoil web page. I think West Marine carries the Tuff Luff.

I was hoping for a part #mine is gone and it gets confusing when trying to order as nobody seems to use the same criteria,,, west marine doesn't list my wire size is it a #5 or #6 luff tape ?????

The Headfoil replacement that I ordered was part # HF2-20/30. this uses the #5 luff tape.
I think the equivalent with the Tuff Luff would be Tuff Luff # 1205-30 or the West Marine # 259278. This is also the #5 luff tape.
I would assume that the 1/4" headstay dia. listed in the West Marine Catalogue would be the maximum wire size. It should work fine with the 3/16" wire on the S2 7.9.
